CLE worth 3.9 hours
May 8. 2014 (Truman’s Birthday so state courts are closed)
Approved by the Bar but not sponsored by the Bar; all proceeds will be donated to Catholic Legal Assistance Ministries, a charity that helps indigent folks of all faiths with family law issues.
The program will feature three experts:
Melissa Gragg, Certified Public Accountant and Business Valuation Expert
James Reid, Clinical Psychologist and Child Custody Evaluator
Michael Morehaus, Certified Public Accountant and Expert on Tax issues incident to Dissolution of Marriage
Each expert will answer questions from Judge Thomas Frawley, Attorney Michael Todt and Attorney Leigh Joy Carson about the things that they think you should know about their specialty and the things the presenters think you should know.
Questions may be submitted in advance for consideration for inclusion in the program. E-mail suggested questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition, there will be time at the end of the program for questions from the audience for any of the prersenters.
The question and answer format will not be in the form of trial questions; rather, it is simply trying an alternative to the traditional “talking heads CLE.”
