The Carson Law Firm Wraps Up "Games for Giving" Drive for Donations to Benefit The Guardian Angel Settlement

The Carson Law Firm has just completed its first of two drives for donations in 2003. "Games for Giving" resulted in the collection of hundreds of toys, games and sporting goods for the Guardian Angel Settlement, located near downtown St. Louis,

The purpose of collecting toys at the end of the school year was to provide children of low-income families with opportunities for play in the summer. Often adults do not realize how long a summer can be without games to play, balls to throw or bicycles to ride. Thanks to the generosity of the St. Louis community, The Carson Law Firm was able to fill numerous cars, vans and trucks with games and recreational equipment for delivery to Father Ed at the Guardian Angel Settlement.

Throughout the drive, there was much enthusiasm among both the givers and the receivers. The Carson Law Firm looks forward to its fall charity drive, in support of education.

Our Spring 2003 Charity Project

We are pleased to announce our Spring 2003 charity project to collect games and toys for The Guardian Angel Settlement.

The Guardian Angel Settlement is a non-for-profit organization in St. Louis that provides support to children and their families facing financial and other challenges.

Collection boxes will be located at The Carson Law Firm in Clayton at 222 South Central, Suite 1003. We welcome donations of both new and used games and toys.

We will provide a collection box to any organization that can help and for pick-up of donations, call Tammy at The Carson Law Firm at 314-721-2422.

Help us brighten the long summer months for a child who is less fortunate.

Teach your children the value of giving, and help them select the games and toys from the play room, the toy chest and the basement.

Together we can give 1,000 toys and games to The Guardian Angel Settlement.
