What’s the Deal with the Parenting Class for People in Custody cases in St. Louis?
In virtually every case filed in St. Louis County involving custody of children aged less than 19 years, each parent must attend the court-approved parenting class. Cases where attendance at the class is required include divorce, legal separation, paternity and modification.
The class costs $50 per person, payable at the time of the class by cash or money order. Personal checks are not accepted.

Attendees will receive information about community resources that may be of assistance after the court case is concluded.
The classes are held at various locations around St. Louis County, Classes are generally held on weekday evenings and very occasionally on Saturday mornings.
